Between 2000 and 2009 I received
commissions for 17 large sculptures in bronze and bronzed resin. These
sculptures
were financed by the city of Joliet, the State of Illinois,
neighborhood schools,
the Church of St. John the Baptist,
and the University of St. Francis
in Joliet, Illinois. The sculptures were designed for highly visible
outdoor locations.
In 2009 I received my most prestigious commission, a life size Abraham Lincoln for the State of Illinois and the City of Joliet.
